Morning Yoga Flow Class
Location – Mountain View Room
Begin your day with a Yoga Flow session overlooking beautiful views of the Camelback Mountain. Perfect for all levels, our classic yoga session blends techniques from flow, yin, and restorative styles to provide enough challenge for your workout, whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Yoga mats will be provided.

Option 1
Tequila Sipping Seminar
Location: Mountain View Room
Class is in session! Join us as we take you on a journey through the world of Tequila. Our talented beverage experts will guide you through a tasting seminar and history lesson worth savoring. Each seminar is 45 minutes, with extra time for you to stick around and savor the knowledge gained (and the spirits poured).

Mindful Minute
Location: Camelback Overlook
An introduction to mindfulness. Mindfulness allow us to become more aware and appreciative of the here and now. Once learned, the applications are endless and include increased productivity, resiliency and creativity. Intro to mindfulness and 15 minute guided medication.

Boot Camp
Location: Citizens Club Lounge Fitness Studio
No matter your fitness level, take part in this high-energy class that builds strength and burns fat with a combination of calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells and medicine balls. Start your morning in our beautiful Citizens Club Lounge Fitness Studio!
