Hannah Fitzpatrick

Hannah began her career at Summit Financial Strategies in 2016. Prior to joining Summit, she worked for Financial Solutions, LLC and The Walt Disney Company.

Hannah graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Family Financial Services. During her time at OSU, Hannah served as the co-president of the Student Financial Planning Association.

Hannah earned her a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2018. She is chair of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) Midwest Board and also serves as co-leader of the NAPFA Central Ohio Local Group. Hannah lives in Gahanna with her husband, Colin, daughter, Daphne, and their two cats, Sprinkles and Bandit.

Michael Goodman

Michael Goodman, CPA/PFS, CFP®, founded Wealthstream Advisors in 1996 based on the notion that meaningful client relationships are at the heart of a firm’s success. As the company’s leader, Michael spearheads the growth and strategic direction of Wealthstream Advisors and perhaps most importantly is responsible for the culture at the firm which has garnered industry accolades for being one of the best RIAs to work for. A thought leader in financial planning and the development of wealth, Michael has been featured in prominent national media outlets, including CBS News Sunday Morning, CBS MoneyWatch, The Wall Street Journal, FOX Business News, the Jill on Money Podcast and Radio Show, Bloomberg TV, The New York Times, and more. Having formerly served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and New York University, Michael is known for his speaking engagements and presents regularly at industry events and conferences, most notably the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Conference and the AICPA PFP Summit. As an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the NYS Society of CPAs, Michael has served on various committees and held several leadership positions. Michael graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with degrees in communication and business administration. After roles in investment banking, finance, and public accounting, Michael decided to use his vast range of experience to serve clients by establishing his own firm.

Cindy Joyce

Cindy Joyce is working on Branding and Marketing at CW Advisors, a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Agili. Agili merged with CW Advisors in August 2024. Joyce was responsible for the firm’s finance, budgeting, human resources, marketing, and operations. Joyce has extensive experience in leadership and operations roles for a wide range of companies. She has worked in financial services, private equity, transportation, and oil and gas. She was honored by Virginia Business as the Chief Financial Officer of the Year for Small Companies in 2019 and a finalist in 2023 for the Richmond BizSense RVA Power Women Awards. She received a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver. Joyce lives in Richmond, VA. She is married to Michael Joyce and the mother of three successful sons.

Becky Krieger

As Managing Partner, Becky co-leads Accredited’s Executive Committee, setting strategy and culture, while also driving Business Development, Marketing, and Communications initiatives. Clients of Accredited are served by a dedicated team of advisors, and Becky’s client advisory role is centered on providing strategic direction and advice. A 19-year veteran of the firm, Becky has tenured relationships with client families and thrives in helping them discover healthy ways to engage with their wealth. Growing up in her own family business, Becky brings a unique perspective on the financial and emotional implications of business transition planning. Becky navigates these issues for the business owners the firm serves, drawing upon the in-house planning experience within Accredited and by bringing in the right outside advisors to collaboratively address complex situations.

Tom Orecchio

Tom is Chief Executive Officer, Wealth Manager and Principal of Modera Wealth Management, LLC. Tom received his B.A. in government and law from Lafayette College and went on to earn some of the most recognized credentials in the industry. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant®, a Chartered Life Underwriter® and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Tom is a National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) registered financial advisor. He has demonstrated his leadership and commitment to fiduciary standards in the industry by serving as NAPFA Chairman (2007-08) and as a national board member (2004-08). In 2013, Tom was the recipient of the NAFPA Robert J. Underwood Distinguished Service Award. He is an active member of the CFA® Institute, the National CEO Study Group, and the 20/20 National Study Group.

Joel Rothman

Dr. Joel Rothman is Distinguished Professor, founding Director of the Center for Aging and Longevity Studies, and holder of the Wilcox Family Chair in Biotechnology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Professor Rothman has served as Chair of the Department of MCD Biology and Director of the Biomolecular Science and Engineering Program at UCSB and as professor at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the University of Auckland. Prior to receiving his doctorate, he was the head winemaker at Buena Vista Winery in Sonoma, California and a classical music radio program announcer. For over three decades Dr. Rothman's laboratory has investigated aging, longevity, and regenerative medicine, supported by many research grants from the National Institute on Aging and other public and private funding agencies. He is an elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Seth Streeter is the Co-Founder | Chief Impact Officer of Mission Wealth, a national wealth management company with an award-winning culture that manages $10 billion in assets for over 3500 families. The firm grew from a boutique, single-location firm with two CFPs in Santa Barbara, CA, to having more than 30 locations, 51 shareholders, and 145 team members. Seth is a thought leader in reframing our perspective of wealth beyond money to enjoy more balanced, impactful, and fulfilling lives. Real Leaders magazine recognized him as a Top 100 visionary leader. In 2016 he spoke at TEDx, "The Untethered Life: Wealth Redefined" and is a recognized industry speaker. Seth has served numerous nonprofits and as a community builder. He leads international retreats for CEOs and their spouses, helping them navigate transitions to build their ideal lives for the future. Seth has a son and daughter and resides in Austin, TX.

Tim Swain

Tim Swain is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Summit Financial Strategies in Columbus, Ohio. He began his career at the firm in 2007, starting as an intern and progressively advancing through various roles.
