There are many questions around how to integrate diversity in the senior advisor and ownership roles of advisory firms. The goal of this panel is to have members of firms who have done this successfully, provide details and insights into their success, as well as to give others their perception and thoughts into why there is difficulty for many firms in creating this culture, and how it can be mitigated.
