Presentation Guidelines
- Format Definitions:
- Workshop (60 minutes) - Hands-on sessions designed to teach participants new skills, methods, or techniques.
- Breakout Session (60 minutes) - Focused discussions or didactic lectures designed to explore a specific topic or issue in depth.
- Panel (60 minutes) - A moderated discussion among a group of experts, offering diverse perspectives on a specific topic to an audience.
- Roundtable Discussion (60 minutes) - A collaborative, interactive session where participants engage in open conversation about a specific topic.
- Express Talk (30 minutes) - Designed to deliver key information or insights in a focused and efficient manner.

Audio-Visual Equipment
- Standard Equipment: Each presentation room will be equipped with a podium, projector, screen, hand-held mic, laptop, and AV technician to assist with any questions or concerns.
- Special Requests: If you require any additional AV equipment, please submit your request by April 21 to conference@napfa.org.
On-Site Information
- Speaker Check-In: Please arrive 5-10 prior to the start of your session to familiarize yourself with the layout of the session room and review your slide deck.
- Technical Support: A technician will be available in the session room for the duration of your presentation.
