About Paragon Capital Management

Paragon Capital Management is a boutique, fee-only fiduciary financial advisory firm based in Denver, Colorado. We currently manage $1.3 billion in assets for 180 families, and we take pride in deeply knowing each client we serve. To maintain a high level of personalized service, we ensure that each advisor works with only 50-70 families, allowing for meaningful, long-term relationships and truly customized financial strategies.

Our firm specializes in providing tailored financial planning, investment management, and tax-efficient strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and executives. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building relationships based on trust and transparency.

At Paragon, we foster a collaborative and client-focused work environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and take ownership of their work. As a firm that is advisor-owned, we value a culture of integrity, innovation, and teamwork. Our small but highly skilled team allows us to maintain a personalized approach, ensuring every team member has a meaningful impact on both the firm and our clients.

Joining Paragon means becoming part of a team that prioritizes professional development, work-life balance, and a supportive company culture. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping clients navigate their financial futures.
