Client Care Associate
We are seeking a Client Care Associate who loves organization, systems, and focuses on
the details with a high level of care. This is an essential role supporting the service of
our clients and advisory team.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring that all the I’s and T’s are dotted and crossed.
- Very detailed oriented.
- Prepare and process all account and money movement related paperwork.
- Provide reliable and consistent customer service.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to all processing issues and serve as primary liaison with partner institutions.
- Support advisory staff as needed.
- Execute enterprise-wide projects and other duties as assigned.
- Training of new staff joining our advisory operations area.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Commitment to following process and seeking excellence in your work
Working Conditions:
- Position type - Full-time
- Work schedule - 40 hours / week, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
- Work location - Onsite: Bryan/College Station, Texas
- Work environment – Business Professional Office
