JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, Senior to Manager level Tax Advisor capable of interfacing with clients, conducting tax planning and delivering results consistent with the tax plan. We want you to become part of our team providing a high level of service by solving our clients most complex financial planning, tax and accounting problems.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Required - CPA with 5-10 years recent experience in public accounting with quality references

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

*Technical review and working with staff to complete complicated business and individual tax returns

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems

*Solid business and individual tax planning background

*Experience representing clients in controversies before tax and regulatory agencies

*Ability to supervise staff to obtain results within project deadlines

*Commitment to continuous improvement
