Hi, I’m Justin Pritchard, CFP® with Approach Financial, Inc. in Montrose, Colorado. I’ve been working in the financial world for over 14 years, and my goal is to help you get things done and get on with the more important things in life. Whether you prefer to spend time with loved ones, get outdoors, or do anything else, getting those necessary financial tasks behind you makes it easier.

I’ve worked with numerous workplace retirement plans (such as 401k plans), so I can handle plan operations as well as help employees — the real people who save in those plans — make sense of their finances and work toward their goals. For retirement plans, small businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs are my sweet spot. I provide everything from plan consulting and setup to ongoing service, participant education, and financial wellness.

When it comes to working with individuals, I love helping people get on track and stay there.

I earned an MBA and MSIS from the University of Colorado in 2003 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2010. I’ve written about personal finance, loans, insurance, retirement, and more for the past 15 years, and I enjoy staying up to date on new developments.
