Emily joined OFC Wealth Management as a Senior Wealth Manager in 2016. She brings her 15 years of bulge-bracket capital markets experience to her client partnerships in the development and management of their financial plans and investment portfolios.
Prior to joining OFC Wealth Management, Emily was a Principal at North Sea Partners, a boutique investment bank and debt advisory firm, where she provided liability management solutions and dedicated client trading services. Prior to joining North Sea, Ms. Jaffe developed her fixed income and capital markets expertise as a Director at Citigroup, where she ran the Leveraged Loan Syndicate Desk.
Emily graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. She also completed the Certificate of Financial Planning at Fairleigh Dickinson University and recently earned her CFP® designation.

Ms. Jaffe is currently serving her 2nd term on the Millburn Township Board of Education. She was formerly President, Vice President and Chair of the Finance Committee.
Emily lives in Short Hills, NJ with her husband, David and their three young children. When not working or chauffeuring her children to their various activities, she enjoys competitive tennis, cooking and running.
