Jon has been providing financial planning and tax advice to individuals and families since 2004. After spending 4 years working as a wealth planning advisor for a regional private bank, Jon transitioned to the public sector for 7 years providing financial counseling services for military personnel and their families in New York and Massachusetts. Jon joined Milestone Financial Planning in 2016.
Jon earned his Masters of Science in Financial Planning with distinction and Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley University and is a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, cum laude, from Bentley University.
Jon commissioned into the Army in 2011 and is a Civil Affairs Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. He deployed to Djibouti Africa from 2013-2014 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom during which he was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal.
Jon is member of the Financial Planning Association and is the Co-Chair of the Financial Planning Association of Massachusetts’ Military Pro Bono program.
Jon lives on the NH seacoast with his wife and three children and enjoys spending time with his family.
Additional Information
Jon also has significant Human Resources experience from his role in the United States Army. In 2016 he earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Designation.
Jon has signficant experience working on finanical matters for members of the United States Armed Forces and the Federal Government.
