As a Wealth Advisor with WJ Interests, Jonathan provides wealth management and financial planning services to clients in order to help them plan for their financial future. He advises clients on many aspects of financial planning including retirement, education, estate, and investment planning.
Additional Information
Jonathan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining the WJ Team, Jonathan served as a Banker and Investment Specialist for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Houston and as an Investment Analyst intern at Teacher Retirement System of Texas in Austin. Previously, he served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps on assignments in Iraq, Australia and Hawaii with an infantry battalion and regiment. He attained the rank of Captain during his final assignment in Quantico, VA, where he served as the Adjutant for the Air Facility in support of the President’s Helicopter Squadron. He was awarded two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals for meritorious service.
Jonathan is married with three children (two boys and a girl) and enjoys playing sports with them as well as coaching their baseball and basketball teams.
