Ann Reilley Gugle is a principal with Alpha Financial Advisors. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) practitioner with more than 15 years of financial services experience, Ann is uniquely qualified to understand the complex issues surrounding effective financial, estate and tax planning. She enjoys developing and implementing comprehensive strategic financial plans that provide clarity for her clients' financial future and that enable her clients to optimize their wealth by aligning it with their values and goals. Whether her clients want to fund long-term goals such as college or retirement, start their own business, or ensure that their investments are allocated properly, Ann helps clients translate those dreams and goals into a workable, realistic, and custom-tailored financial plan. Ann's commitment to excellence, integrity, and strong client relationships enables her to add value and give clients the confidence to know their finances are right on track.
Additional Information
Ann earned her BA in Accounting and a minor in Japanese from Villanova University in 1991. Prior to joining Alpha Financial Advisors, Ann's experience includes over 10 years in public accounting and 5 years as managing director for a major securities firm where she served as the Asia regional controller based out of Tokyo, Japan. Her international experience is what prompted her decision to specialize in serving expatriates abroad helping them navigate the complex tax and financial issues that their unique situations present.Ann is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the AICPA and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. Ann is also a Registered Advisor of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the nation's leading organization of Fee-Only comprehensive financial planning professionals. She currently serves as the NAPFA Study Group Leader for Charlotte, North Carolina.
Ann was a recipient of the FIVE STAR Wealth Manager award from Charlotte Magazine in 2012. Ann has been frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Money Magazine on a variety of financial topics.
Ann served as Treasurer on the Convention Committee for the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs (2010-2012. Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children, loves traveling the world, fine food and meeting people who are passionate about life.
