Lauri has been in the financial industry for more than 30 years, the last 17 of which she has been working with individuals and families to help them reach their financial goals. From an early age Lauri knew she wanted to work in finance. She babysat and saved her money while her friends were at the movies. It was a passion for her then and she is just as passionate about helping others with their money now.
"I find it rewarding to help others with the financial aspects of their lives with which they are not always comfortable. We look at the issues, see the challenges and work to find the solutions that will enable them to reach their financial goals and live the life they've always wanted. It doesn't get much more rewarding than that."
Lauri also finds great rewards in the community volunteering she does for Chrysalis, Perspectives Family Center, Best Prep, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity. Part of her giving back is serving as the chair of the Pro-Bono Committee of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota and she also volunteers for the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota.
