George T. Padula, Jr. is a Principal and Wealth Manager of Modera Wealth Management, LLC. He specializes in small business owners, college planning, retirement planning, endowments and foundations and charitable giving. In addition, George serves as Modera’s Chief Investment Officer.
Before joining Modera, George spent ten years at Danforth Associates, an investment advisory firm, serving as president from October 2004 to July 2008. While there, he was responsible for developing and directing multifaceted wealth strategies for high-net worth clients and providing leadership and expertise on investment strategies, markets and economic trends.
George holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Boston College’s Carroll Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College. He is also a graduate of Boston College High School.

Outside of Modera - Through a partnership with the FPA of Massachusetts and the Dana- Farber Cancer Institute, George provides pro bono financial planning services to cancer patients and their families. He lives in Westwood, Massachusetts with his wife Marjorie and their two daughters. His personal interests include running, hockey and refereeing youth soccer.
