Roger is the Director of Retirement Plan Services at the Financial Consulate bringing over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) practitioner, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®), and a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors. He is a graduate of McDaniel College and holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Loyola University in Baltimore.After serving as a US Army officer with NATO in Europe, Roger began his career in finance as an investment executive with Legg Mason. Subsequently, Roger joined Oxford Capital Management as a portfolio manager where he managed equity, balanced, and fixed-income portfolios for individual and institutional clients.
