Using the educational expertise gained from a Wake Forest MBA, as well as experience both in corporate banking and as a small business owner, Eric is well equipped to assist other small business owners. Eric specializes in assisting clients with business planning needs, including executive benefit and option plans, generational wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, and business best practices. Through this careful planning, he helps ensure they have the necessary pieces in place grow, protect and transition their businesses.

Eric serves as President of the firm, as well as a Senior Financial Advisor and Chief Compliance Officer. He founded Clearview Wealth Management in 2013. Prior to starting Clearview, Eric was employed with another Charlotte wealth management firm for 14 years where, as an owner, he served as President, Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Financial Advisor. Prior to this, Eric spent 13 years with Bank of America and its predecessors. As a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Eric later earned his master’s in business administration from Wake Forest University’s Babcock School of Management. He current serves on The Madeira School Board of Trustees. Eric enjoys golf, gardening and reading in his spare time.
