Additional Information
With a decade plus of financial planning and wealth management experience, Nicholas partners with clients to build holistic financial life plans.
A native of Williamsburg, Iowa, Nicholas grew up a multi-sport athlete with passions for competition and collaboration. These passions ultimately led him to pursue an education in finance—a field that first piqued his interest after a Junior Achievement investing workshop in high school.
Graduating from Kirkwood Community College and Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Nicholas earned both an Associate Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Marketing and Finance. While at MMU, he was involved in student organizations, including the investment club.
Prior to joining our team, he worked for a financial services firm here in the Corridor. His focus on building relationships, continuous learning, and providing unbiased financial insights as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and Chartered Financial Consultant® make him a key piece of the Cedar Point Capital Partners team.
Outside of the office, Nicholas proudly supports his wife, Megan, in her growing dental practice, Smiles Family Dentistry. You may also find Nicholas volunteering for local organizations, playing a round of golf, training for half-marathons with his wife, or rooting on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Cubs with his three young children and two dogs.
