Additional Information

From a young age, I witnessed my parents struggle with their finances which contributed to their ultimate divorce. This left a lasting impact on my feelings toward money and lit a fire inside of me to consume financial education.

My first financial planning experience was when I helped my mom prepare to transition from a stay at home mom to the head of household. Supporting my siblings and I financially presented a new set of challenges that were difficult to navigate. Together, we educated ourselves and created a plan for our family to get our household finances in order.

It was after this experience that I knew that my purpose was to educate others and empower them to use their money as a resource to live their optimal life.

I entered the Financial Planning industry in 2016. While I had the opportunity to help others and learn a lot, I knew that something didn’t feel right. Working for larger firms, increasing revenue always took priority over the client experience. This inevitably leads to a lack of bandwidth to give every relationship your all and being overworked and mentally drained.

This environment certainly didn’t align with my vision of offering the ideal Financial Planning experience, so I set out to offer a better way.

With Your Path Fi, my goal is to build a business that serves a limited number of individuals at a high level. Why? So that I can dedicate my time and efforts to provide you a deep relationship-based experience centered around empowering you to use your money to have the life you want.

I’m also a firm believer that Financial Planners must focus on a balance of self-care and pursuing our own life happiness so that we can be present and intentional with you. So what does this look like for me? Experiencing life with my wife Haley and our rescue pup Tucker, traveling to new places, staying active outdoors and in the gym, and of course Sunday dinners with my family hosted by my chef brother.
