Chris understands that, while many people want to make a difference with what they’ve been given, not everyone has the right financial guide to make it happen. As such, he serves as an objective partner, offering valuable advice and direction to help clients decide for themselves how to be good stewards of the things they care about.
His 28 years in the industry afford him an experienced perspective in creating financial plans for even the most complex and sophisticated households. A Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst ®, Chris is a proficient advisor able to help clients allocate their resources in a way that serves them best. He also knows the people he guides in a way that helps him relate, support, and offer an exceptional client experience. Even if an individual has made some mistakes in the past, Chris helps increase their odds of success for the future.
Chris’s wealth advising career began in 1995. He earned a BA in Political Science and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management, both from Baylor University. He also sits on the board of Insight for Living Ministries, The Dallas Seminary Foundation, and The Tod Bush Leadership Center.
Outside work, Chris enjoys watching Baylor sports (his alma mater!), working out, reading financial and economic history, and spending time with his wife and two adult children. A proud member of Credent Wealth Management’s Plano office, Chris appreciates the friendliness and pride of the community, noting that, “Everyone is glad to say they live in Texas!”
