Additional Information
Brian Davis is a financial co-steward full of character and passion, helping clients make the best decisions to accomplish their personal goals. Having served in the financial industry for over 25 years, Brian is thoughtful of client’s changing needs, navigating everything from college education saving for their kids to retirement planning for themselves. He is also a Certified Financial Planner™ and member of Kingdom Advisors.
Even beyond his extensive knowledge, however, Brian has a heart for helping others. He’s taught financial stewardship and literacy classes in the community and at his church, helped widows recover from the loss of a spouse, worked with the poor to get on track with a budget and cover their basic financial needs, and served on his church’s stewardship team for more than 10 years—helping review financial statements, shape the annual budget, set staff compensation, and establish the church’s overall trajectory for financial management.
Before starting in the industry, Brian graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s in business administration. He went on to work for A.G. Edwards & Sons (which became Wells Fargo Advisors), partner with Raymond James Financial Services, and serve as the founder and CEO of 9012 Perspective Financial Group, which became Credent Wealth in 2019. Now, a key member of our Waco team, he ensures clients are heard, valued, and supported throughout life’s most important, and most complicated, events.
An outdoorsman, Brian likes to run, cycle, scuba dive, snow ski, go tent camping in Big Bend National Park, work outside on his acreage, and enjoy God’s creation. He is also a husband, father, mentor, and active leader and elder at his church.
