Martha Brantley
Martha Brantley has two decades of experience in asset management, social entrepreneurship, and strategy and has successfully implemented and supported investment programs empowering entrepreneurs and their communities. She was previously the Senior Director of Foundation and Investor Relations for Shared Interest, an impact fund established after the fall of apartheid to catalyze local investment in South African entrepreneurs. Before that, she served as Director of Strategy and Business Development for the Clinton Development Initiative, a Clinton Foundation program that develops inclusive agribusinesses and provides training and market access to smallholder farmers in Africa. Martha began her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., an associate at Deutsche Bank, and a research analyst on the Special Situations and Arbitrage desk at D.E. Shaw & Co. She holds a BA, cum laude, in History from Yale University. Martha is a proud native of Little Rock, AR, and currently serves as Board Chair of the Heifer International Foundation, the endowment supporting Heifer International, on whose board she also sits.
