Raoul is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Global Financial Planning™ professional, and Enrolled Agent with 25 years of experience working with international clients. He has owned and managed a boutique multi-disciplinary accounting, legal, and financial planning firm with offices in Mexico and the U.S. In addition, Rodriguez worked at two of the larger registered investment advisor firms in the United States: Pinnacle Advisory Group and Congress Wealth Management. He co-wrote the chapter on Mexican Estate Law for a “International Succession” published by Oxford University Press and writes a bi-weekly, bilingual column on cross-border planning for a Mexican paper in San Miguel de Allende. Rodriguez is a dual national of the United States and Mexico. Other than in Mexico and the United States, he has lived for extended periods of time in Venezuela, Sudan, and the Republic of Georgia.
