NAPFA Spring 2023 National Conference Speaker

Kathleen Boyd, CFP® joined XYPN’s Advisor Education Team after a decade-long stint working in financial services in a variety of roles. Boyd is an Investment News 40 Under 40 recipient, and FA Magazine named her a ‘Top 10 Advisor to Watch.’ As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ professional, Boyd shares her comprehensive financial planning knowledge and experience with XYPN members as they start, run, and scale their businesses. In addition to obtaining the CFP® certification, Boyd pursued doctoral studies in Financial Planning & Therapy at Kansas State University, and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Finance and Economics at the University of Utah. Outside of XYPN, she has written financial planning pieces for Michael Kitces’ Nerds Eye View blog and currently works as an adjunct professor teaching CFP® coursework at Oklahoma State University.
