Eric C. Droblyen, CPC, QPA, is a financial services executive, specializing in retirement plan administration and consulting. He started his retirement plan industry career after graduating from the University of Akron with an accounting degree in 1996. Today, Droblyen is the president and CEO of Employee Fiduciary, a leading national provider of small business retirement plans. His passion is making it easy for workers to avoid the three 401(k) pitfalls that make retirement less affordable than necessary: high account fees, underperforming funds, and inappropriate asset allocation. Droblyen holds the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals (ASPPA).
