Debbie McCullough, Esq. is Vice President of Planned Giving at Heifer Foundation where she helps donors match their philanthropic goals with a Heifer vehicle that’s right for them. In addition to meeting directly with donors to discuss their planned giving options, McCullough also manages the foundation’s bequest administration program. In this role, she works extensively with trustees and executors to ensure each donor’s gift is received in a timely manner. Over the last 18 years, McCullough’s legal experience has focused on estate planning, both in private practice and national nonprofit planned giving. She has served as executor and trustee for numerous estates, giving her personal and professional experience with all the nuances involved. McCullough is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
