NAPFA Spring 2023 National Conference Speaker

Dave is a founder and principal of EVOadvisers, an SEC-registered investment adviser based in Richmond, Virginia. He served as NAPFA Board Chair from 2019-20 and currently serves on the CFP Board’s Commission on Sanctions and Fitness. O’Brien chaired the NAPFA Public Policy committee for five years, served on NAPFA’s National and South Region Boards and numerous NAPFA working groups, and was President and Chair FPA of Central Virginia from 2011-12. He holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Richmond.
