Nathan Kubik
Nathan Kubik is the Chief Executive Officer of Transform Wealth. He has spent more than 25 years working extensively in most arenas within the investment markets. He has been quoted in numerous articles from national news sources including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Fox Business, ABC News, USA Today, Financial Times, Investor’s Business Daily, ETF Trends, and the Associated Press. In addition to strategically leading the organization, Kubik oversees many of Carnick & Kubik’s investment strategies.
Kubik is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® and earned this designation from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and earned this designation from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Both the CIMA® and CPWA® designations were conferred by the Investments & Wealth Institute. He earned his MBA with a focus in Finance from Daniels College at the University of Denver and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois with a dual major in Finance and Economics.
Kubik and his wife, Sonya, are proud parents of their two daughters, Ella and Lara. In addition to serving on the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business Executive Advisory Board, he has sat on the finance committee and board of directors for Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, a non-profit dedicated to Colorado’s abused and neglected children. He is also a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute® and a member of Young Presidents Organization.
