2020 NAPFA Fall Conference Speaker

Scott joined the Law Office of Lori J. Neidel, LLC and Adviser Compliance Services, in 2019. Previously, Scott worked as Enforcement Counsel in the Missouri Securities Division where he worked closely with both examiners and investigators in carrying out the enforcement of the State’s securities law. While there, Scott was also active in the North American Securities Administrators Association as part of the organization’s working group on enforcement matters. Scott also was an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office where he handled complicated regulatory and administrative matters on behalf of state agencies and in 2018 received the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Litigation. Scott also served in the United States Navy as a nuclear operator onboard the submarine USS Dallas in Groton, CT. Scott received his law and graduate degrees from the University of Missouri and his undergraduate degree from Penn State.
