Rebecca Cummings, Founder Legacy Studio an estate law firm, is an expert in wills, trusts and estates. The mission of Legacy Studio is to offer professional fiduciary services for Georgia estates and trusts and make expert legal advice more accessible for middle class people.
Previously a law professor, Rebecca has repeatedly been named one of the state’s “most effective” lawyers and one of the Top 100 lawyers in Georgia. Rebecca also serves as an expert witness in estate and trust disputes, a frequent speaker, facilitator, and business development coach and is the author of The Case Against Access to Decedents’ Email: Password Protection as an Exercise of the Right to Destroy.
