Meredith Jones
Meredith A. Jones is an internationally recognized researcher, writer, blogger speaker in the investment industry. She is the author of Women of The Street: Why Female Money Managers Generate Higher Returns (And How You Can Too), which won an Axiom Award gold medal in 2016 and was named to a list of best books for finance professionals in US News in 2020. She has been a contributor to Institutional Investor magazine and MarketWatch, and was invited to testify on diversity in investments before the House Finance Committee in 2019.
Meredith was named as an Inc. magazine’s “17 Inspiring Women To Watch in 2017” and as a Distinguished Author by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2018. She serves on the Board of Directors for Rock the Street, Wall Street, a non-profit that provides financial and investment literacy programs to high school girls and delivered a TEDx talk on creating luck for girls in finance in 2018.
Over the past 20 years, Meredith has presented her original research and insights to industry participants around the world. As founder of MJ Alternative Investment Research, Meredith continues to provide timely research, education and actionable insights to the investment community, with a particular emphasis on gender and investing, emerging managers, diversity, and ESG/impact investing.
