Stephanie is a highly sought-after business strategist and executive coach with over two decades helping advisors built elite practices. Stephanie founded her first firm (Quantuvis) at age 24, sold it to a Fortune 200 twelve years later, where she joined the Executive Team for 4 years. She then joined United Capital Wealth Advisors as SVP Client Experience & Enterprise Development, helping deepen and scale the firm’s offering nationally. Then, at the apex of her career, she walked away from it all and retired to the beach in Costa Rica. Here, she pursued her passion for studying the science of success, leadership and happiness -- and learned what really drives success, and how each of us can tap into our unlimited potential and build wildly successful businesses and lives that we love.

In 2017, Stephanie returned for her encore career (as Michael Kitces states) to found Educe, Inc. and start the Limitless Adviser Coaching Program, now launching its third year with the tremendous success of its members standing as testimonials to her dedication. She also writes the Limitless Adviser column for Investment News, frequently speaks or writes for Kitces.com, and is the Mindset Coach in the FPA Coaches Corner.
