Nick Richtsmeier has been the COO of one of the fastest growing wealth management firms in the United States, spoken from coast-to-coast on the topics of innovation and brand continuity, and partnered with some of the largest companies and non-profits in the country. Nick’s commitment throughout his career has been to build organizations and teams that have two key attributes: “all-the-way-through integrity” and “transformational culture.” All-the-way-through Integrity means making sure that who we say we are and who we actually are match, and it is recognizable in all layers of the organization. Transformational Culture comes in our ability to grow and shift those organizations to meet the ever-expanding abilities of our team members and the ever-shifting demands of the marketplace. To help provide business leaders with tools to build brand+culture, Nick founded CultureCraft, a comprehensive brand and strategy consulting group.

Nick lives on a legacy farm outside of Des Moines, Iowa with his wife, Wendy, and three sons. He loves movies, doing chores, and hosting a great party with Wendy.
