Kyle Danner has been a part of every aspect of family business. After growing up in the family business and helping grow his family’s business to be the fifth largest printing company in Kansas City, MO, Kyle sold his ownership stake and left for another career. His passion for helping people led him to pursue a degree in counseling. However, as a counselor, he missed the complex challenges of business. That lead him to start Kyle Danner Solutions for Family Businesses. For the past four years, he has supported more than 20 family businesses, owners, and their advisors with exit planning.

What he discovered along the way is that businesses, family businesses in particular, need more than just exit planning. They need a simple, easy-to-manage way to run their business. Owners might not be ready to exit anytime soon, but they do want to ensure a good handoff of the business.

Kyle understands the unique challenges of family business when it comes to getting everyone on the same page and ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
