As Principal and Senior Financial Advisor at Timothy Financial Counsel, Inc., Hoan Taussig CFP® provides financial planning advice to clients in an hourly only format. She currently works with over 150 clients of her own but also partners with the firm's other advisors to collaborate on their clients. Timothy Financial is an ensemble of seven advisors who work with a wide range of client situations such as business owners, corporate employees, key executives, retirees, and millennials, as well as many industries.

Timothy Financial was started as an hourly only firm in 2001 and continues to be the largest collaborative hourly firm. Hoan joined Timothy Financial in 2007 but has 20 years of financial experience with a background in accounting and technology. She previously did work in cost analysis, financial forecasting, underwriting and small business accounting at both banking and technology companies. Today, she works with her other principal partners to help manage the business and make firm decisions. In particular, Hoan makes the firm’s technology decisions, manages the financials and provide other business administration as needed.

She is a NAPFA Registered Financial Advisor and has served on the LDC and Professional Development Committee along with volunteering at other consumer education events.
