Troy Kelly
Troy Kelly is the Director of Services for CyFIR LLC. He currently leads a team performing incident response, computer intrusion analysis, and malware reverse engineering for all of CyFIR’s customers, and specializes in determining the functionality of malicious code and analysis of affected operating systems. He also oversees CyFIR’s mission of performing customer security controls compliance reviews using both NIST SP 800 and international 27000 series standards.
Mr. Kelly is an experienced digital forensic analyst, and has successfully conducted analysis and reporting in support of the US intelligence community and various federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, including DoD, DEA, CIA, DoT, FAA and FBI. He has experience in the digital forensic analysis of general crime, drug crime, sex crime, fraud, forgery, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, malware analysis, and computer intrusion.
Mr. Kelly served in the United States Navy for 14 years as a cryptologic technician. His military duties included installing, configuring, maintaining, and operating various networked computer systems.
