2019 Spring Conference Speaker

Denis Brown is a Certified Exit Planning Specialist and founder of Pace Capital Advisors. Prior to founding Pace, Denis was responsible for developing and implementing growth and exit strategies at several private equity firms including River Capital, GenCap American and the Slovak American Enterprise Fund. Prior to his involvement in private equity, he was a founder of a corporate finance advisory firm, and a senior vice president of the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial, Inc.

Denis has served on the boards of domestic and international privately-held businesses in diverse industries including branded consumer products, recreational consumer products, telecommunications, metal fabrication and household products. He frequently lectures at professional conferences and meetings, and has served as an instructor for CE programs for attorneys, Certified Financial Planners (CFPs) and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).

Denis earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in marketing management from Memphis State University. He is involved in several business organizations including Vistage, Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, Association for Corporate Growth and Business Enterprise Institute’s Network of Exit Planning Advisors.
