Will favors a goals-based approach to financial planning and investment management and partners with clients to align their lives and values with their financial resources. Will has a passion for advancing the financial planning industry and, in addition to mentoring countless young advisors, currently serves on the NAPFA West Region Board, is an active member of the XY Planning Network and was recognized as XYPN's 2016 Hardest Working Member.
