2017 Fall Conference Speaker

Dr. Mikol Davis, clinical psychologist and gerontologist has over 44 years of experience as a mental health provider. He has served all age groups in general practice which is now focused on aging adults and their families. He co-founded AgingParents.com and AgingInvestor.com with his wife, Carolyn Rosenblatt. He is a subject matter expert on aging and helps families resolve disputes related to aging loved ones. He also educates financial professionals on aging issues.

Dr. Davis has expertise in assessment and testing for diminished capacity in aging adults. He provides evaluations for testamentary capacity, financial decision making capacity and offers treatment for elders with anxiety, depression and other difficulties. He helps clients resolve intergenerational conflicts and communication issues. He also advises professionals about best approaches with difficult elders.

He creates many online courses and products to assist professionals and the public with understanding aging issues as well as speaking to groups on these matters. He volunteers as a settlement panelist for Marin County Courts in high conflict family matters. He is an active Rotarian. Dr. Davis and Ms. Rosenblatt share a passion for elder abuse prevention.
