2017 Fall Conference Speaker

Joshua Freely, PhD has over 15 years of experience working in the public policy and government relations fields. As Director of Public Policy at TIAA, he works with business partners across the enterprise to develop and communicate our public policy positions with both internal and external audiences. Josh holds a PhD and MA in Sociology from Temple University and a BA in American Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
