2017 National Spring Conference Speaker

Michael Daugherty is Vice President and Southwest Regional Claims Executive. Michael graduated from Washburn University (B.A.) and the University of Kansas (J.D.) Prior to joining Chubb, Michael held a judicial clerkship with the Kansas Court of Appeals and was in private practice in Kansas City, focusing his law practice on insurance defense work. Michael joined Chubb in 1989 as a D&O Examiner. Michael became Specialty Claims Manager in 1997, Dallas Regional Claims Manager in 2013, and is now the Southwest Regional Claims Executive. Michael is a frequent speaker and panelist on the issues of corporate diversity and has had articles appear in TortSource Manazine and the ABA publication, For The Defense.
