Developing a specialization, or niche, for your clients can significantly grow your business and engender client loyalty. Without a niche, you may find yourself repeatedly having to learn details about a client situation that that won’t serve you in the future. However, by focusing on a specific client group, becoming an expert in their needs, and tailoring your services accordingly, your practice can become self-sustaining as clients seek you out for your expertise. In this workshop, we will guide you through identifying your ideal niche, customizing services to meet that niche’s unique needs, and creating a marketing plan to attract and retain your target clients.
