Financial Planning as An Employer Benefit
This session will discuss how to expand access to financial planning to underserved populations and create a pipeline of prospective clients by offering financial planning as an employer benefit. It will discuss how to structure an offering for efficiency, how to track and manage a pipeline of prospects, and how to deliver effective advice in a short amount of time. The ultimate goal of this presentation is to provide members with a new, often overlooked way to serve more people, create better prospect pipelines, and create a new training opportunity for young advisors.
