Our lives are filled with stressors, some good and some more difficult. Financial advisors are faced with not only their own life stress but also their clients’ stress, which can be overwhelming. Our own stress impacts our clients and when our stress is too high, then we are not able to be fully present or at our best with our clients. This interactive session will address the differences between stress and anxiety, why addressing your own anxiety is important in your work with clients, and how you can better manage your stress to be more effective with your clients.
