Messaging Before, During, & After a Crisis
This session will discuss effective messages to share with clients before a crisis occurs, after it occurs, and most importantly when uncertainty and emotions are high during a crisis. Participants will review several specific examples using past crises (or even a present one, if applicable) to understand the power of timely and targeted "behavioral messaging."
