Leo Rydzewski will discuss the guidance resources that CFP® Board has issued with respect to the new Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct, which has an effective date of October 1, 2019 and an enforcement date of June 30, 2020. These guidance resources include the Roadmap to the Code and Standards and twelve Case Studies that apply the Code and Standards to hypothetical sets of facts.
