The DOL Fiduciary Rule - An In-Depth Update

This session will provide attendees the latest and greatest update on the current status of the Department of Labor Conflict of Interest Rule. Applicability and enforcement of the current rule will be discussed as will updates on the Department of Labor efforts to update it in light of the Presidential Memorandum to do so. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how the rule applies to their practices, what they should be doing currently, and how best to prepare for future changes in the rule. There are no prerequisites to this session, however, attendees should familiarize themselves with the basic framework of the rule.
