Keynote: Navigating Negative Interest Rates

This presentation addresses the current state of global financial markets and the implications of low/negative interest rates. In particular, it examines the macroeconomic environment in the United States and the variables impacting growth and inflation. Consideration is given to the impact of central bank policy and fiscal policy on US growth and fixed income markets. Financial and credit markets are also examined to help address these issues.
