Advanced Trust Planning - Part 1
In this presentation on advanced trust planning, Ilene will clarify and define clients which are most suited to advanced trust planning. She will discuss the following two most common advanced trusts, namely:
IRA Trusts and Supplemental Needs Trust, (formerly special needs trusts)
Ilene will also define the interactions between foundation trusts, also known as Family Revocable Living Trusts, with any one or more of the Advanced Trusts. Finally, we will look into the CONTROL process and learn to determine when our clients have achieved CONTROL over their planning.
This is part 1 of a 2-part presentation. Attendees may choose to attend one or the other, or both sessions.
