Utilizing Real Estate Private Placements to Diversify a Portfolio

The session will discuss the availability and benefits of real estate private placements. These can be used by financial advisors to provide alternative investments which offer their clients with above-market, risk adjusted returns, in a diversified alternative investment portfolio. The session will compare the differences between real estate private placements and REITs and explain how REITs can be significantly riskier than private placements.
